All service organizations of Carpinteria Valley are encouraged to honor one of their members for exemplary efforts on behalf of their organization. The Carpinteria Community Awards Banquet provides an excellent venue for the community’s recognition of your contributions to the generous nature of our valley. To submit the name of your Merit Honoree, click the link button below taking you to Google Docs. Download and fill-in the form.
